Official Sweepstakes Rules

1. Sponsor

The GiftChit Sweepstakes ("Sweepstakes") is sponsored by GiftChit ("Sponsor"). All decisions of the Sponsor are final and binding in all matters relating to the Sweepstakes.

2. Eligibility

The Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority in their state of residence, whichever is older) at the time of entry. Employees of the Sponsor, its parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, and members of their immediate families (spouse, parents, siblings, and children) and household members are not eligible.

3. Sweepstakes Period

Each individual Sweepstakes drawing ("Drawing") has its own entry period, which is clearly displayed on the Current Draw page. Entry periods, prize amounts, and drawing dates vary and are announced in advance on the Platform.

4. How to Enter

Method 1 — Offer Completion (Primary Method)

During the entry period, visit giftchit.com, create a free account, and complete one or more available CPA offers. Each qualifying offer completion earns the entrant a specified number of tickets (entries) into the applicable Drawing. The number of tickets per offer is disclosed before completion.

Method 2 — Alternative Method of Entry (AMOE)

To enter without completing an offer, hand-print your full name, email address, date of birth, and the words "GiftChit Sweepstakes Entry" on a 3" × 5" card and mail it to:

Each valid mail-in entry will receive one (1) ticket into the next applicable Drawing. Limit one mail-in entry per person per Drawing. Mail-in entries must be postmarked by the last day of the entry period and received within five (5) business days thereafter.

Alternative Method of Entry entries have the same odds of winning as entries earned through offer completion.

5. Drawing & Winner Selection

Winners are selected via a provably fair, cryptographically verifiable random drawing from all eligible entries received during the entry period. The drawing is conducted using a committed random seed that is published before the entry period closes. After the draw, complete verification data is made available so that any participant may independently verify the result.

6. Odds of Winning

The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received for each Drawing. Each ticket represents an equal chance of being selected. Odds are not predetermined.

7. Prizes

Each Drawing awards one (1) prize as described on the Drawing details page. Prizes consist of gift cards with approximate retail values ("ARV") as stated. Actual gift card values and brands are specified per Drawing.

• Prizes are non-transferable and have no cash surrender value.
• No substitution is permitted except at Sponsor's sole discretion.
• Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value.

8. Winner Notification & Claim Period

The potential winner will be notified via the email address associated with their GiftChit account and via in-platform notification within 24 hours of the Drawing.

Winners must claim their prize within seventy-two (72) hours of notification by responding to the claim notification and completing any required verification steps. If a winner fails to claim within 72 hours, the prize is forfeited and may be re-awarded to an alternate winner at Sponsor's discretion.

Potential winners may be required to complete and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, a Liability Release, and (where permitted) a Publicity Release within the claim period.

9. Winner Verification

All entries and winners are subject to verification. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entry or entrant if fraud, tampering, or non-compliance with these rules is detected. Verification may include but is not limited to:

• Government-issued photo identification
• Proof of age and residency
• Confirmation that offer completions were genuine

10. Taxes

All federal, state, and local taxes on prizes are the sole responsibility of the winner. For prizes valued at $600 or more, the winner will be required to provide a valid Social Security Number or Taxpayer Identification Number for tax reporting purposes (IRS Form 1099).

11. Winner Publicity

By accepting a prize, winner agrees that Sponsor may use their first name, last initial, and general location (state, country) for promotional purposes on the Platform (e.g., winner feeds, draw history) without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.

12. General Conditions

• Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Sweepstakes if fraud, technical failures, or any factor beyond Sponsor's control compromises the integrity of the Sweepstakes.
• Entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor.
• By entering, entrants release Sponsor and its affiliates from any liability arising from participation in the Sweepstakes or acceptance of prizes.
• Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, or illegible mail-in entries, or for any technical malfunctions of the Platform.

13. Dispute Resolution

All disputes arising from or relating to the Sweepstakes shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, in the state or federal courts located in Delaware. Entrants consent to personal jurisdiction in Delaware.

14. Winners List

A list of winners is available on the Draw History page after each Drawing concludes. You may also request a winners list by sending a self-addressed stamped envelope to the mailing address above within 90 days of the applicable Drawing.
