Jackpot — Official Sweepstakes Rules

1. Sponsor

The GiftChit Jackpot sweepstakes ("Sweepstakes") is sponsored by GiftChit ("Sponsor"). These rules apply only to entries earned on the Jackpot reward track and to mail-in entries. They do not govern the Grinders contest or the Slow & Steady rewards programme, which have their own terms (linked above). All decisions of the Sponsor are final and binding in all matters relating to the Sweepstakes.

2. Eligibility

The Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority in their state of residence, whichever is older) at the time of entry. Employees of the Sponsor, its parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, and members of their immediate families (spouse, parents, siblings, and children) and household members are not eligible.

3. Sweepstakes Period

Each individual Sweepstakes drawing ("Drawing") has its own entry period, displayed on the Current Draw page. An entry period closes at 1:00 a.m. UTC.

A Drawing takes place only once it has reached the minimum number of qualifying tickets and entrants shown on the Current Draw page. If it has not when its entry period closes, the entry period is extended to the next 1:00 a.m. UTC, up to the number of extensions shown on that page. If the minimum is still not reached after the last extension, the Drawing is carried over into a new Drawing and every ticket already entered is carried with it. A Drawing that holds tickets is never cancelled.

4. How to Enter

Method 1 — Offer Completion (Primary Method)

During the entry period, visit giftchit.com, create a free account on the Jackpot reward track (the default), and complete one or more available offers. Each qualifying offer completion earns the entrant tickets (entries) into the applicable Drawing — 4 tickets for each $1 the advertiser pays for the completion, rounded down. The number of tickets per offer is disclosed before completion. Offers completed while on another reward track earn no tickets.

Method 2 — Alternative Method of Entry (AMOE)

To enter without completing an offer, hand-print your full name, email address, date of birth, and the words "GiftChit Sweepstakes Entry" on a 3" × 5" card and mail it to:

Each valid mail-in entry will receive one (1) ticket into the next applicable Drawing. Limit one mail-in entry per person per Drawing. Mail-in entries must be postmarked by the last day of the entry period and received within five (5) business days thereafter.

Alternative Method of Entry entries have the same odds of winning as entries earned through offer completion.

5. Drawing & Winner Selection

Winners are selected via a provably fair, cryptographically verifiable random drawing from all eligible entries received during the entry period. A random seed is generated when the Drawing opens and a cryptographic hash of it is published at that time; the seed itself is kept secret until the Drawing completes, so no one can work out the winning ticket in advance. After the Drawing, the seed and complete verification data are published so that any participant may independently verify the result.

6. Odds of Winning

The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received for each Drawing. Each ticket represents an equal chance of being selected. Odds are not predetermined.

7. Prizes

Each Drawing awards one (1) prize: a gift card of the winner's choice from the brands offered at claim time. The prize value is not fixed in advance; it is the greater of:

• the guaranteed minimum shown on the Drawing details page (currently $25 unless stated otherwise), and
• 10¢ for every qualifying ticket in the Drawing when it is drawn.

A qualifying ticket is one earned by completing an offer that has not been reversed by the advertiser or flagged as fraudulent. Mail-in, referral and bonus tickets can win but do not add to the prize. The current prize is shown live on the Current Draw page, and the approximate retail value ("ARV") of the prize is the amount awarded, which is published with the result.

• Prizes are non-transferable and have no cash surrender value.
• No substitution is permitted except at Sponsor's sole discretion.
• Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value.

8. Winner Notification & Claim Period

The potential winner will be notified via the email address associated with their GiftChit account and via in-platform notification within 24 hours of the Drawing.

Winners must claim their prize within 7 days of notification by responding to the claim notification and completing any required verification steps. If a winner fails to claim within 7 days, the prize is forfeited and may be re-awarded to an alternate winner at Sponsor's discretion.

Potential winners may be required to complete and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, a Liability Release, and (where permitted) a Publicity Release within the claim period.

9. Winner Verification

All entries and winners are subject to verification. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entry or entrant if fraud, tampering, or non-compliance with these rules is detected. Verification may include but is not limited to:

• Government-issued photo identification
• Proof of age and residency
• Confirmation that offer completions were genuine

10. Taxes

All federal, state, and local taxes on prizes are the sole responsibility of the winner. For prizes valued at $600 or more, the winner will be required to provide a valid Social Security Number or Taxpayer Identification Number for tax reporting purposes (IRS Form 1099).

11. Winner Publicity

By accepting a prize, winner agrees that Sponsor may use their first name, last initial, and general location (state, country) for promotional purposes on the Platform (e.g., winner feeds, draw history) without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.

12. General Conditions

• Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Sweepstakes if fraud, technical failures, or any factor beyond Sponsor's control compromises the integrity of the Sweepstakes.
• Entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor.
• By entering, entrants release Sponsor and its affiliates from any liability arising from participation in the Sweepstakes or acceptance of prizes.
• Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, or illegible mail-in entries, or for any technical malfunctions of the Platform.

13. Dispute Resolution

All disputes arising from or relating to the Sweepstakes shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, in the state or federal courts located in Delaware. Entrants consent to personal jurisdiction in Delaware.

14. Winners List

A list of winners is available on the Draw History page after each Drawing concludes. You may also request a winners list by sending a self-addressed stamped envelope to the mailing address above within 90 days of the applicable Drawing.
